ringtones downloads

hi everyone,
could anyone tell me how i can stop a ringtone company taking the credit off my phone, £12 in 3 days, and i have never recieved anything. the firm is club84225.com.
please help.

how exactly are they taking this credit off your phone?

are you receiving messages on your phone from them?

if so, reply to one with STOP

Hi Sid,
when i put credit on the fone,they took it,message back,Thanks for Payment. We have sent 27 stop messages, 1 for every message they send, but still to no avail.Im frightened to put any more credit in case they take it.

If you know the short code then put it into the phonepayplus website, it will bring up the companies contact details and you can phone them

Sorry if this is a stupid reply but did you send STOP in capital letters? I only ask because this happened to me a few years ago and i kept sending Stop with only the initial capital and it was never acted upon. As soon as I sent it in capitals it worked. Just a thought.
