Its copying the image you have on the pc and saving it. Think you press Ctrl Alt and Print Screen and then you can paste it into WordPad. Thats what I do anyway.

Hi mandy130 :hello: It depends really on what you were told when they told you that you were the winner. If they said to allow 28 days then I'd get back in touch with them with a polite email or phone call & ask if they know when you can look forward to receiving the what-ever-it-was If they said to allow longer for it to arrive then hang on for that time to lapse then polite email/phone call to enquire Hope it arrives soon for you

i won on frugaller, the one where you have to log in and claim your prize within a certain time. i claimed succesfully but never got my prize and they have ignored all emails i sent them, didn't even bother to acknowledge me. i know it was only a £5 amazon voucher but thats not the point - why run a competition when you're not even going to honour it????

and I had to chase Penguin books about the HEat subscription I won with them beginning of January...received my first magazine last week......

I'm waiting for dvd thay i won fromPrimary times. The letter is dated 25 March, and said your prize will be with you shortly. Iwill give it a month, then get in touch with them.
