Northern rock ISA

I opened a 12 month fixed rate 6% ISA last year with northern rock in May or June which i would now like to transfer to lloyds or nationwide, if i can't to lloyds before they withdraw the ISA.
The question is, am i now freely allowed to transfer my money away from the northern rock ISA without penalty before the twelve months, as i see all there new products have this feature. Or do the old rules apply.

It will depend on the T&C's for your product, don't just assume that the new rules apply to your product.2014 running challenge 587.4 miles / 250 miles0
