Well only 1 lost connection and put through to 2 people this time to be told that Sky charge a connection fee for all calls to mobiles answered or not! at 18p a time this is a bit much. Does anybody know if I preprogrammed 18185 then the mobile numbers I would be charged.
Can everyone else tell me who their landline providers are that don't charge them as sky and me can part company in august!0 -

But you don't.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Yes Heinz I saw that post earlier in the thread, but i wondered if anyone else had any more info as the consensus of opinion on here is that I shouldn't have been charged in the first place.0
