I'm hoping JL are still price matching Sound and Vision Bolton, I requested a PM yesterday from JL Norwich - they told me it would be upto 10 days to come through. Don't want to wait 10 days and find they will not do the match.

If S&V wasn't offering the same length of warranty then would JL pricematch?

I have had one turned down before sue to sound and vision not having them in stock. I was told they are 7 days behind on their price matches

I've just been into my local Sony centre to have a look at this TV. They have it up for £799 but will pricematch JL but want £25 to deliver!
The picture on the TV looks amazing. They were showing a CGI film on SkyHD which is at 720p so it should be amazing to see a film on 1080p with my HD-DVD player.
I'm going into hospital next month so I have an angel on one shoulder telling me to wait and a devil on the other saying buy now :rotfl:

I've just spoken on the phone to John Lewis customer services and my local store (Welwyn Garden City) and they said they will not pricematch with an online store or anyone offering less than 5 years warranty so I'm out of luck :rotfl:
