Hi, i have these pans and have had no probs (but thanks for the warning!!) but I have the matching frying pan. I have only had it 2 years and the non-stick stopped working. I contacted them and they asked me to return it. Everything they said when they contacted me sounded like they wouldn't do any thing about it 9to put me off i think)- but I sent it off to them anyway (£5 posting .. ekk!) but a week later they sent me a brand new pan!! :j The non-stick shouldn't have stopped working and I was so relieved they replaced it as they are great when working but so expensive to replace.
Keep contacting them!! Good luck - you might get a replacement!
