Hi all, any advice appreciated. I am looking for the best ISA, I am planning to save a regular amount approx £300 each month. I was going to go with the Barclays tax beater, but I just spotted the First Direct 7% regular saver ISA. Am I overlooking something...or this this a really good ISA offer ?
Also, any suggestions for best ISA to trnasfer previous years ISA's too ? I have 2 years worth £6000 to transfer. I see that I cannot traqnsfer in to the First Direct ISA, which is annoying. Any thoughts or suggestions ?

Lloyds have a 6.5% fixed rate for £9000 and over so if you transfer your £6000 in then put £3000 in (rather than £300 each month).0

Thanks, but I don't have the additional £3,000 at the moment, hence paying in £300 / month, hence regular saver ISA.0

Have you looked at Kazza's best mini cash isa post? that might help.
Otherwise you might want to consider the Dumfermline regular saver at 6.85% http://www.dunfermline.com/ManagedPage.aspx?id=2760&context=2:15,43,30342014 running challenge 587.4 miles / 250 miles0 -
Thanks Macca, have looked at both of those. I still can't see any reason not to go for the First Direct one at 7%, I already have a 1st Account with them, I am exempt from the £10 annual charge already...so no downside that I can see ?0

If you already have a 1st account, I'd go for the First Direct ISA at 7% then, as it's fixed whereas the Dumfermline is variable.2014 running challenge 587.4 miles / 250 miles0
