Yes, thanks Phatz - I would love to go to the Mamma Mia Premiere!

No problem, just doing my bit for the tickets. Someone on here has to win Mamma Mia Premiere tickets. Looks like they putting alot of money into the hype for the film as it has a few big stars in it....

The codes for The Mist with Momentum don't seem to work - it keeps saying promotion not valid - is anyone else having that problem

They may be having problems ...I got 2 tickets this morning for Manchester ....printed off the ticket as usual but just glanced at it now for the first time and its made out for Leicester and someone elses name and email ??????????
I've checked my email and its ok and says Manchester on it so will print the email off
But perhaps that explains a problem if there is one
It's not just about the money

The same thing happened with the last momentum promotion Superhero, I ended up taking the email
  • Went to the premiere last night with the rest of the 10,000!!

Bit disappointed with the "walk through Narnia" bit - thought they would have made a bit more effort - really only a couple of human statues, a few on horses and a couple sword fighting. Still impressive for the younger ones though. I did get my piccie taken with David Walliams though so that made my evening - makes me laugh every time........there's no accounting for comic appreciation!!!!!

    On to the film.......

If you liked the Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe you will love this. All of the young actors were really good and according to my daughter Ben Barnes is "defo cutie". I have to agree he is quite soothing on the eyes but definitely too young for me!!!!!

The special effects are excellent and a few cheer out load moments.

An 8 out of 10 for me.

lol - That would take some explaining to my hubby so lets hope not!! Also I suspect that it would send both my children into permanent therapy - something I could not possible afford unless someone was kind enough to put on freebie board!!!

David Walliams is a bit like John Cleese and Lee Evans to me - guys who make me want to laugh just by looking at them - they don't even have to say anything funny...... However, not one of them is on my "okay with no recriminations" list which my hubby is fully aware of! Number 1 spot on that is strictly reserved for Jon Bon Jovi who I have a "date" with next week and he can most definitely shake his tosh at me any time and any where!
