I think they've only released tickets for Wandsworth so far. Hopefully there'll be more venues soon.

Hi, as a bit of a newbie to free cinema viewings (first one was 27 dresses). Is it likely that there will be more cinemas with free screenings for a big blockbuster such as Iron Man?

    I'd say no.
I'd love to be wrong though! Can't wait for this one (the real benefit would be seeing it in advance!)
Its only a few weeks til release anyway, so codes for screenings would need to emerge pretty soon

But sometimes they don't make sense

There are supposed to be screenings run by Facebook but so far I've only been told that they have arranged a bigger venue. It is invite only and I imagine a lot of people have requested an invitation.

Edit: Which cinemas would be good for you? I can keep an eye out for you.

Has anyone got any ideas about how I can get tickets in my area. I've been checking for a couple of weeks now and absolutely zero where I live - my closest cinemas are in Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham so pretty good choice really. I can't really travel further as these places are already a good 40 minutes from hom. All ideas gratefully received

Hi the only thing I can think of is entering the Renault Preview club draw each month and apparently you get a couple of tickets to use any time on any film. According to the See Film First FAQs:

Why is this film not showing in my area?
It is the film company's decision as to where special previews are held and beyond our control. Usually films will be previewed in areas where the film will be playing once it has opened.

Thank you for your answer. Cinemas round here always seem packed so maybe they don't need to give tickets away! I'll give the Renault thing a try and will post back if I have any luck for anyone else in our cinema black spot!
