Just returned from seeing Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden? Now that is a film worth seeing! The Odeon Covent Garden didn't think so as it put it in a tiny screen which did not fill up very much (I would say we were under 100 people), and we did not have to show our Eros Card, just gave our names to be checked against the guest list.

I liked Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me, but this film really proves what a brilliant filmmaker he is. He travelled to countries like Israel, the West Bank, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan and talked to officials and people from the street alike, bringing across a serious topic with tongue in cheek - the gimmicks like the occasional "this is a video game" sequences or portraying the villains on baseball cards really worked, and I had to giggle quite a few times. It is astounding what some people say when you put a camera in front of them, and that official who wanted to open an amusement park in Tora Bora in Afghanistan really left me with my mouth open. And I also know now what (not) to do when someone throws a hand grenade.

I give this film a solid 8/10 and think everyone, especially Americans, should see it. On a personal note, I would not want to be married to Spurlock, who did this trip while his wife was heavily pregnant, and then filmed part of the birth for the film as well!

I have been trying to apply for the free tickets to Indiana jones or Sex and the City but for some reason when I fill the form in it doesn`t give me the option to choose which cinema I would like to go to. Has anybody else experienced this or know how to fix it - please let me know I`m desperate to see SATC
    thanks
Also I`ve tried on two different computers but it still does the same.

    Hi nic-pink

The Renault isn't as it seems, you select ie: London then will have the option to choose ie: Fulham. Having said that, you don't actually receive tickets for the named films, if you are lucky enough you'll receive 2 general open tickets which can be used to see any film you choose.

    Good luck

I have received an email from myfilms that I have won 2 tickets to Caramel this Thursday 6.30pm at Odeon Swiss Cottage.
    A) I have another film on that evening and b) I am watching Caramel on Sunday, so I am offering these tickets to anyone who can make it and has an Eros Card, as it says you have to show it on the door (although they did not want to see mine tonight so you could chance it). If you are interested, please PM me your name and the name of your guest plus your email address, as I have to respond with two names to be put on the guest list. I will then forward their email.

Hmm I have no idea what I've done wrong... it's the only site that's not loading and I can't see why! It's times like these I wish I knew more about computers.
