I founded it, members are trying to see as many free previews/films as possible, although I don't think anyone will manage to see 104 films this year, LOL.

104 film in a year, meaning 2 a week on average. good luck.
  • Beate - I think you may be the only one of us that gets any where near the 104!!!

    Saw this last night.

For me a good film.. absolutely loved Hellboys character - a but gruff and macho but sometimes unsure of where he truly belonged. The fighting scenes and effects were for me a feast for the eyes.

Kinda missed the beginning bit as I was distracted by the group of latecomers who obviously were trying to decide how they could sit together when there were only odd seats dotted around, but at the same time were standing around in front of the screen! . Also felt it ended too sudden and wanted more... Hellboy 3??.

Would give it a 9/10 and would love to watch it again.

Well, I was really excited about this film and I wasn't disapointed. I loved it 9/10 easily. quite obviously bigger budget than the first one. effects were great- loved Luke Goss in it he was fab!!!! No disapointment what so ever. would have been a 10 but a little bit too much smoochy stuff.
Did you go to the one at Thurrock ? I was there last night and enjoyed the film, shame yet again I was in line with someone who was texting on their phone throughout the film and I get the glare off it

yes I was at Thurrock there was a phantom texter near me. I was on the left hand side as you went down the isle, probably about 4 rows down. Texter was in the same row as me but on the right of the isle. bloomin annoying when people do that. don't they realise it lights up the room!!! especially annoyed by the laties who used the phones as torches to find seats. bit concerned about the damp smell as well and the plastic covered seat with a bin in front of it??? what was that about. Have I mentioned my love of Thurrock before???

  • Saw Hellboy thanks to the info on the Timeout giveaway. Saw it at Odean Tottenham Court Road, tiny cinema, and it was probably only 2/3rds full maximum [so can't see how all seats had been allocated]. No adverts or anything it started pretty promptly after 6.30. So thanks to the op that posted the link for the giveaway.

Can't really complain as it was free, but was one of the worst movies I've seen all year, really didn't like it and I like most of these comic book hero films :(

Some good quotes though, "temple / amusement park" ;) SO again thanks, can't grumble for a free evening :D

PS. Was lucky enough to sit on the Premier seats row, which were wider than normal, pretty firm, but you couldn't lie back because you would be staring at the ceiling and didn't have enough leg-room. Oh and I swear that someone started smoking through the film - distinct smell of fresh smoke :s
