E2Save cashback - missed one do you lose all remaining?

I have taken out a 12month cashback ( 4, 6,8,12 month) deal,
however I missed the 6th month clam due to on a holiday.
I sent my 8th claim a month ago yet still no sign of the cheque.
I am not sure if it is the case for e2save that you missed one payment and you loss all the rest?
thanks~

If you're not sure before you even sign up you shouldn't be touching any cashback deal. On your t&c you can now kiss goodbye to all of it.
  • I've missed one and still had the remaining paid. The c/b can take 6 weeks to come through

Your experience does not tell the whole story on this.

Your ts + cs seemingly didn't include the condition that if you foul up one claim all remaining claims are lost.

Other ts + cs do have this provision.

Everyone is subject to the ts + cs in force for the particular offer they signed up for.

    I had a look at the T&C on e2save:
    http://www.e2save.com/helpdesk/cashback#
it does not seem to have say that you cannot miss the cashback or you lose all

It all depends on what T&C you agreed to. It seems you have no record of this (they have changed several times), so you would struggle to prove anything.
