Birmingham Midshires ISA

I've been dithering about my isa now for a week or 3 and i'm starting to get some idea of where i'm going with it!
I've been looking at the Birmingham Midshires Direct ISA today and the guarantee is a bit strange
'Rate guaranteed to be at least 0.25% above the ING Direct Cash ISA standard AER until 01/01/2010'
The rate is pretty good at the moment but I was just wondering what BM are like when it comes to dropping rates. I don't want to put my money in and find they are a bit like Bradford and Bingley and drop rates at the first given chance and introduce a new account that has a better rate!
Anyone got any previous experience?
Cheers

ING Cash ISA rate is 5.25% so BM can slash its ISA rate and fulfill what I believe is a rubbish rate guarantee.
Had it wanted to give a good rate guarantee it could easily have offered a 0.75%-1% above Base Rate guarantee.0 -
Brimingham Midshires 6.35% ISA has now been withdrawn.0
