Problems with cashback e2save !!!

HELP, they do not answer their premium rate line, only interested in new sales. I have had cheques back for 12 months now but nothing for the last 2 chequeback offers, my contract is for 18 months. I will be £150.00 short of what they promised in the contract and I have done everything they asked by the book and letter and sent everything registered post, but I cant contact them, no email adress even, they don't want to know:mad: what should I do??? I have wrote to them and they dont answer that, its like I don't exist, I will write to cancel my contract in 2 months time, but I hope they listen to me then.

Looks like you are panicking, when you need to try and stay calm. If all was done ok at your end you need not worry. All you have to do is send them a LBA (letter before action) giving them 10 days to pay or else you will sue for all cashbacks remaining plus all costs involved recovering the debt via Moneyclaim Online. Remember contracts HAVE to be honoured by BOTH parties. It does not cost much via MCO and all costs will be recovered if you win, as long as they don't go bust in the meantime!!!!
Please don't waste your time trying to phone/email them if it's their fault, keep it simple before it gets complicated. Send a LBA via recorded or special delivery.
