Yeah I reckon it will be asking for more info when it does arrive. I went through quidco for the post office card and £20 has "validated" :T

As suggested the letter they have sent me is requesting 4 forms of ID including a bank statement detailing at least 1 month of purchases! Does anyone know if it would be alright to put permanent marker over the decsription of who the payments were made to?

Which part of it do they need to see exactly? Just the balance of the account and amounts? Very annoying this :(

IMO, it would pay you to phone Customer Services (0800 0850444), preferably during business hours, and ask. Your application could be held up yet again if you send docs which are not acceptable.

Have you checked your credit reports lately?(For help, see the *How to obtain credit reports* sticky.) This is the information lenders search when you apply for a new credit card.

Yours is a common situation. If your answers on future credit applications are consistent with what is recorded on your credit files and this in turn reflects what's on the electoral register, there should be no need to post any documents as your details can be verified electronically.
