If you want why dont you get a PAYG sim and stick that in Voda do em for 4.99 in store now.
Other wise get it unlocked in a shop for about a tenner and then ask Voda for your PAK code (thats yer roaming code so you keep same number but different provider) then phone Orange for example and they will send you a new sim free off charge with the same number as before, so It all costs about a tenner.0
