    Hi
just an update to all you guys who offered advice.
I rang Germany again on Monday and was told the new monitor would be with me by the end of the day. Nothing arrived ,so I rang the courier who was delivering it ( german guy gave me thier number ) they said it has been delivered to the wrong adress and would be redelivered on Friday. I then rang Germany again and told them I was not happy and wanted another delivered next day. Tuesday morning a MONITOR arrived at last but not the one that was delivered to the wrong adress. Just wanted to know now what should I do if the other one arrives on Friday.
    thanks again for your replys

  • I personally would keep it but that would only be because then if they don't ask for it back - it can cover all the costs that I would of incurred due to phoning them all the time and, possibly, time taken off work.

Thats just my opinion though. Do what your heart/head tells you to do with it.

To willfully keep the second monitor if they accidentally deliver two is theft AFAIK.

Bit unfair since Aldi have done right by the previous poster. I think that what you're supposed to do in these situations is inform Aldi that the second monitor has turned up to your address and leave it up to them to collect it.

Why have you dug up a thread that was last used on 16th April 2008?
