How could I use Investment ISA to invest in Stock and Share ?
In the past I use in connection with my Bank, but I do not want to do this anymore, as I believe that they tend to flog thoer own share or the one in which hey get the highest commision.
Could we do it ourselves using independent stock brokers within our ISA allowance for those tax year ?.
Thank you

Hi
New to the idea of an ISA. I have 10,000 to deposit, does that mean my partner and I could each open an ISA with 5,000 each? And if so, does that then mean we could only earn up to 100 per year each, or can we earn up to 5100 per year each on each account?
Many thanks

You'd struggle to earn much more than around £200 each on £5,000 over the next 12 months at current rates - and that much would only be possible with a long-term fixed-rate Cash ISA.0 -
Hello, If I have already put a monthly amount into a Shares ISA this financial year totalling £2,975 financial ytd, can I open a new Shares ISA to invest the remainder of the £2,125 allowance left? (I have already used 100% of my cash ISA allowance). (I want to buy a share directly, and the existing Shares ISA is only a fund mgmt type).
Or do I have to use up my Shares ISA allowance with the existing provider and open a new Shares ISA next financial year?
any insight appreciated.
