I agree, I had a similar problem with MBNA. I set up my DD for a MINIMUM of £50. The first month with my BT fee they need £78. They withdrew my offer becuase I hadn't paid enough. I hponed them up, they admitted it was their mistake and everything was reset.nothing.0
