I had a 0% deal with MBNA. I paid on Direct Debit, and over the Easter Weekend the payment was two days late. Not only did they charge me £12.00, but have also removed my 0% offer - permanantly! Apparently this is all theT&C's - but I issed it in the small print! Anyone else had a similar problem? Any Suggestions?

I agree, I had a similar problem with MBNA. I set up my DD for a MINIMUM of £50. The first month with my BT fee they need £78. They withdrew my offer becuase I hadn't paid enough. I hponed them up, they admitted it was their mistake and everything was reset.
