    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    afternoon all, feeling a little better today funnily enough... toto is wondering if this acupuncture mumbo jumbo has something in it after all?? Although I'm still seriously sceptical how sticking 6 little pins in me can make any difference, but hey ho, I'll take the feeling better even if it is psychological :)

    Uncle toto sounds good to me though, how i wish i were a bloke sometimes, sheesh they have it flippin easy don't they.:D
