i am planning on buying a phone for my 9 yr old daughter and need to know which are the best deals.I would prefer a top up system which wont cost me a fortune if she uses loads

I would agree with the chioce of Genie O2 but alot depends on what here friends and family are on. You can sometimes get them free from O2 direct or at very low prices on ebay. Its some sort of promotion. Can anyone help?
