    LETS CUT TO THE CHASE.
    IM IN RENTED AND HATE IT AND WANT TO BUY A HOUSE.
    ANYBODY OUT THERE THINKING OF BUYING.. DONT.. CAUSE THEY ARE GONNA CRASH 40% IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS AND I HAVE DAILY MAIL LINKS TO PROVE IT.

    "i have had a survey done, purchase price £174,000 and the surveyor has valued the house at £170,000 what should I do?"

    Well, if you believe the Halifax figures it's already just fallen from 170k to 166k, so nearly there :rotfl:
