Do Not Buy

LETS CUT TO THE CHASE.
IM IN RENTED AND HATE IT AND WANT TO BUY A HOUSE.
ANYBODY OUT THERE THINKING OF BUYING.. DONT.. CAUSE THEY ARE GONNA CRASH 40% IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS AND I HAVE DAILY MAIL LINKS TO PROVE IT.

"i have had a survey done, purchase price £174,000 and the surveyor has valued the house at £170,000 what should I do?"

"DONT BUY A HOUSE NOW CAUSE IT WILL BE WORTH 100K IN 2 YEARS TIME"

Did i reAlly read something like this 20 minutes ago and then 5 minutes ago some people were defending this post? DOGS...GONE....TO ????

    I love being in rented :P, I got a heated communal swimming pool... how many people with houses have a 20m swimming pool beneath their balcony? :P

    While i sit and wait for house price crash I can lounge around in the sun or nip for a swim... or sunbathe on my balcony... ahhh :)

    It would be dead money if houses rose... but im on a 6 month lease so even if it was Im stuck lol, so may as well enjoy myself :)
