Pop Ups

Hi all,

How do I turn off this annoying text popup block next to my mouse arrow when reading the Moneysaving forums ?

It does not stay there long enough to read it completely.

thanks

    What browser are you using?

    I don't get pop-ups, but I don't get anything annoying either.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

I to have this problem, the pop up takes the form of a yellow background box, that previews the forum message. It stays on the screen long enough to get in the way, but not long enough to read the text. It is a pain!
Using explorer software, any one know how to kill it.
    Thanks

I don't think you can as it's built into the vBulletin software.

I find it useful but it is a pain on longer messages.

This isn't a "popup", it's the "alt text tool tip". As far as I know, this behaviour is built in to the web browser, so probably can't be changed.

Strange, I'm using Firefox, yet have never seen this.
