Heads-up: Dial-up for £4-7 per month

This seems to be the latest trend in offering cheap dial-up. If you can do without internet access in the evening, you get an uncapped, unmetered service for around £4-7 per month. These are genuine deals which save the ISP money as well as saving you money, so there is no need for the ISP to cut their service to the bone, or to con you in other ways.

If you access the internet outside the specified times, they charge you pay-as-you-go rates on top of the normal fee.

Some day-and-night offers:

Tesco Daytime (2am-4pm weekdays only) £6pcm
Topletter (2am-4pm, I think this is all week, but not sure) £6pcm
TwentyFourSeven (2am-4pm all week) £7pcm

Day-only offers:

Tiscali Daytime (8am-6pm weekdays only) £5pcm
OneTel Daylight (8am-6pm weekdays + all day weekends) £7pcm

Night-time offers:

OneTel Night Owl (10pm-8am all week) £4pcm
Zazizam Night Fire (1am-8am all week) £5pcm
