i currently have an isa with abbey. this year i was thinking of opening up an alliance and leicester isa as that is who i bank with so transfers will be instant and keeping pevious money in my abbey isa.
my question is:
can i open up an new isa whilst keeping previous years money in my abbey isa?
and will i still get paid interest for this year on the money already in my abbey isa even though i'll be paying my 3600 into the a&l isa?
thanks
