Glad you got your money back!

My husband had his card skimmed and they caught it at Amazon. This was shortly before they tried to buy 210 pairs of shoes in Geneva. I think he was scammed by a millipede... Glad you're sorted though, its horrid, I hate the scumbags.

Glad they sorted it out quickly for you. I had a card cloned last year, and they took almost £2000 out of my bank account via card purchases (lots of petrol stations) in less than a week. It was me who spotted it, not the bank, but they refunded it all in less than a week. I was right worried...

  • I know exactly how you feel hun. Me and OH had £500 in total stolen from our bank account and it was spent on £100 of designer jeans, Stagecoach bus tickets, more designer gear and a pre-paid mastercard.

It's such a nice feeling that someone decided to buy £100 of jeans with my money when I wont even buy a pair of jeans that cost more than £20!

We got it all back in the end and I later found out from the bank that they caught the person who is now at Her Majesty's Pleasure.

When making on-line purchases, you should never, ever use your number pad, always use the online keyboard for CC transactions.

Start > All Programmes > Accessories > Ease Of Access > On Line Keyboard > Settings > Always on top.
