Unrewarded Tesco Points

I sent several mobiles back to Tesco's agent for Clubcard points and was told the same as a previous Forum Member that the company had a huge backlog. It was originally suggested the phones hadn't been received, but I had retained the proof of posting. I have been awaiting credit of points since last Autumn and no longer believe, despite several phone calls to, and promises from Tesco that I shall ever receive them. It's also very difficult to reconcile points on Clubcard Statement against till receipts. Are we getting all the points we are due?
