    My friend was painting my kitchen when I bought a house and she was up a ladder with the final 2' square of ceiling to paint. She said "Just this last bit" and I said "I'll do that bit".

    Just 2' square remember.

    I took the roller ... had a go or 3.

    And she turned and said "You're right. You really aren't ANY good at this at all are you?"

    I doubt many people could c0ck up and get all cack-handed just trying to do one 2' square on a white ceiling with the roller already loaded and ready to go!

    That's why I don't do it.

    I am a project manager by profession. So I am interested in the processes, timelines and budgets. NOT the doing.

    Yeah. Doozerboy is inside there watching re-runs of Property Ladder and watching the local hoodies on their mini-motos in the advert breaks ;)
