Be careful with those wedges snaggles I fell off mine at my school reunion a few weeks ago.I am still limping now.I havnt dared to wear them since.
Mind you it could have been the ten large white wines that did it and not the wedges at all...I suppose.0 -

Ooooh, payday, so it's time to cobble the accounts back into some sort of order.
Stu is now transferring enough per week into the bills account to cover all the monthly bills, and I am transferring £400 into the shopping account to cover food and petrol. Stu was really shocked when I said his weekly standing order was now covering ALL our bills - he said he thought I was paying the majority of them, and he's really pleased and proud to feel like he's supporting the family so much! Bless him.
After a disasterous couple of months with the Asda credit card, we are now using a new credit card that is 0% on purchases, so if we do mess up, we can correct it the following month without incurring lots of extra interest. I've repaid the Asda card in full now, but that leaves us with a slightly scary £191.78 for food and petrol this month. Petrol alone is about £100!!
We both have some spending money left in our accounts though (it's 2 years - before I got pregnant - since I was last able to say that!!).
I think I've got £106 and Stu has about £200, BUT his MOT is due next week (and also the car tax but we have saved up for that), and we don't have a great track record with MOTs. :rotfl:
But to be honest, at the end of the day, when all's said and done.....do you know what I mean....? :rotfl: :rotfl: (sorry, random Gavin and Stacey-ness)"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
All and all sounds really positive babe!
Men need to be men though don't they??
Good man Stu. (and btw, thanks for the chat last night, makes me feel better that I wasn't always being intolerant, if that makes sense...)Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
