Is this bit from the rules of this site clear enough for you?

Please do not discuss illegal issues or those that are grey areas in law on this forum. The Board Guides have been asked to remove any such posts. "...let's keep the links to strictly and overtly legal sites. I don't mind discussion on what is legal and not, but please don't link to sites which are 'challengeably legal' Im sure people will be able to Google them for themselves."
I have never posted any links to the Russian sites. And if you look back over this thread you will see I have gone to some lengths to contradict the attempts of others to convince themselves that using the Russian sites is morally acceptable.
If you had read my post properly you would have seen that what I asked for was a link to the page on the Which? website that was claimed to recommend the Russian sites. As far as I know, there is not much doubt that Which? is a legal website.
Personally, I would be astonished if Which? did recommend them, and the lack of a response suggests that perhaps the person who posted cannot back up their suggestion.koru0 -

Intel answered spot on there.
I only pointed out the rules of this site. This means we are not allowed to discuss them here. This doesn't mean that they are definately legal/illegal or not.
I'm a member of one of the sites myself. I think it is great, but I know also that I'm not allowed to advertise/discuss the merits of it here. I respect the rules of this site enough to follow this rule. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Well I must admit I never thought of looking in the expanding forum rules section.... :T
In mitigation there there was no intention of discussion, just one sided factual observation from moi! :beer:0 -
I should actually add that it is POSSIBLY not stricly conforming to copyright acts to download music from legal sites outwith the UK/EU.
The UK Government/Inland Revenue would love that I must add!
After all, why pay a Dollar for something when you can pay Pound for it eh?0
