Orange Contract problem.
I need some help!
Is there any way i can reclaim part of a phone bill form Orange?
Basically 2 months in to my contract i got the free broadband, which they informed me would restart my contract. My contract had 750 mins and 1000 texts,
It appears as if the Text portion which they say was an additional extra did not restart, so now i have a huge phone bill in the last month of my contract.
Does anyone know if there is anything i can do about it?

If it is their fault then ring them up and complain... only way of finding out if they will do it!SLC: £13000+
