Obtaining Vodafone Account Information

Hi there

Been in a dispute with Vodafone since last October and now want to request ALL the data they have on me on the system, messages and account notes etc. Does anyone know I would go about requesting this and what should I Do?

Any help would be great.

Sorry to hear that you have an ongoing dispute with Vodafone, I'd like to help with your current request.

All customer have the right to see the information that's held on there account and to do so you must send a request in writing to the below address, being clear on what personal date you'd like a copy of.

Within the request we'd also need you to include a copy of your passport or driving licence as we need to have a copy of your signature. We also need proof of your address so please also include a copy of a utility bill along with a cheque or postal order for £10.00 to cover our admin charges.
