The female bit comes in as the original is a very metal song, sung by men... so wondering if it'll sound daft with a woman on backing vocals... but hell.. what's the worst that could happen. lol
You're a backing singer. If you had a powerful voice that could belt out opera, you'd be singing lead opera. So do your backing singing and don't expect too much out of yourself.
At least you don't play the Shoop-Shoop song..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
"We were born and raised in a summer haze." Adele 'Someone like you.'
"Blowing your mind, 'cause you know what you'll find, when you're looking for things in the sky." OMD 'Julia's Song'0 -
I think soft female vocals sound good on rock tracks - I'm thinking of something like Kate Moss on La Belle et la Bete - she's hardly got a strong voice but it kind of works.
If you can't sound rock, don't - go for contrast."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Time to get re-wording methinks......YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

Do they allow you 10% over without marking you down? I know that won't help with part A but it will with the essay? I'd rather be over than under though, its easier to chop down than struggle to add.

Any excel tables - cut and paste them into power point and put them in as a picture?
A lot of OU courses have a presentation, overall essay grade - part of this will be the word count so this is all you can usually (BUT CHECK) be marked down on - anything superfluous that can be put in an intro and then have a questions section with "questions word count : ~1.6k" or whatever.... word counts can be rounded down to two significant figures in my opinion....
Don't do what I had a student do - stick a white COLOURED "-" between all the words, I read it in word too!!! Took me ages to figure out !!!!!! the spellign/grammar thing was doing
Cutting the words down often makes the answers better though....0 -
