I thought you did the training for the promotion though? Did I misread something?

I'v done the course but you have to have brought in 6 recruits before they'll promote you as that then becomes your team.

TMA01 done. phew! Finished it and submitted it this evening. I know normally you'd keep it and work on it a while but it said to not delay in submitting it as you've more to gain for them pointing out where you're going wrong than submitting a perfect one? Either way, it's done... so we shall see..
It wasn't too bad all in all... not used to thinking about things in such detail though :rotfl: Best go and dry my hair as sat here with damp unbrushed hair which was washed about 4 hours ago! Haven't been running since tuesday so hoping to go tomorrow. Will see what plans D's got, but if not I might just go on my own. Don't want to get out of practice!

oooh you've got your first few points (technically that could be used towards a degree....) :T Another new thing you've proved you can do.... and it's the choices your making for yourself that count, whatever you choose you have options and can change stuff.... most of us get too disillusioned to believe or see beyond the day to day... CAB sounds like a boom industry too, I can't imagine many people are seeing a career opportunity from debt and a credit crunch :rotfl:

Still tipping it down here and really dark and grey... if I wasn't such a tightwad I'd put the heating on but the weather's been so bad recently I've had to keep using the tumble dryer! No wonder our SP bill's gone up.
Different people get their payments on different days, think it's something to do with when your claim goes through, but I could be wrong.
    Have a fun day!
