How do you transfer to the Beverley BS Mini Cash ISA???

I currently have a Mini Cash ISA with M&S, and now want to move it.
Decided that the Beverley BS had the best rate, and best of all that it accepts transfers from other ISA providers.
But, how do you do this?
On the application form, there is no section for transferring an ISA
Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

I take it you want a transfer form from your new provider - always the one to contact. Often, standard packs don't include such a form and you have to contact them and ask for one."Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0

Beverley BS do not have transfer forms.
If you ask them, they will send you a letter that you need to forward onto your existing provider.
Thanks

Might be worth seeing how Beverley BS react to the base rate drop though - probably on 1st September
