Owwww - I was turning my mattress over to hoover the otherside and I banged my elbow really hard on DH's shelf. It really hurts. I've bashed it so hard it hurts to move it. DH is not surprised as I am rather clumsy at the best of times. Here's the big downside - I'm going to have to get DH to put the bedding back on again. What a shame!
Think I need a chocolate biscuit Likklegibbon to make me feel better.
But I did get a lot done. All I need to do is clean the windows and test the smoke alarms and my list for the second day running is completed again. Yipee!
Nice easy tea tonight - DD1 had school lunch and DD2 and I had trout, mashed potato, peas and parsley sauce at lunchtime so we're on vegetable soup for tea that just needs heating. (if I can lift the pan with my sore arm that is!)0 -
Is them :coffee: cold? never mind, I can bung it in the microwave.
I have ironed till my arms near fell off. My WM and TD are groaning with the abuse of several million loads and my dishes have still not been done.
Think kids are needing fed and don't think biscuits is really dinner. Hmm... sausages and chips??
Might do a tesco shop, I have a voucher code (if it's still in date, will check) and clubcard points, never used them... wonder where they are.... I could get some extra bits for kids since it's holidays.
I wish I could sew, I have loads of in my head ideas for stuff but never get around to doing it. I can't even sew hems in trousers, and the webbing never sticks for me
Pigpen, are you sure it's not just another one of yourse you forgot about?0 -

Hi all,
Sorry I've no time to read all the posts. Just whizzing by to say hello while friend having a nap! Can you get jet lag flying from Scotland to Wales? :rotfl:Anyway, having a lovely visit with her and her hubby. Great to catch up on two years of news. Managing to fly at level 1, Pigpen, but may do a bit of a blitz next weekend after they've gone home. Hex, glad you are feeling better (I noticed that as I flew by!) Hope everyone else is feeling OK, hugs, smiles and :coffee: to you all!
