    Congrats moo2moo :T:T

I've just been updating my finance spreadsheet for March and this year I've managed to save £720 to the end of March :D So in theory once I have my housing benefit back dated, and my council tax I've paid reinbursed due to my claiming that benefit as well, my overdraft should be more or less paid off, especially as ex still owes me £300 and will be paying me that back on his next pay day :D :j Still don't know where I'm working money wise as I haven't had a "normal" month yet :rotfl: Jan & Feb ex was still living here, March he left but all the benefits were up in the air, and April is the new financial year so all the payments are all over the place  Thing is I don't know if May will be a normal month or not either, due to me starting my OU course and my interview for a teaching assistant course may or may not mean I HAVE to find a job ASAP  Well so far my overdraft is decreasing so as long as it keeps heading that way I'll be happy :rotfl::rotfl: I'm just being a little tighter with the money than usual and it seems to be paying off ;)

Now I need some lunch before I have to leave for the job center.

Well done moo2moo...I don't know how people fit jobs in...

I've come to the descision that I'm going to start decluttering, going from room to room...I'm tired of going in to tidy and not quite knowing what to do with some 'stuff'.
Some of it needs to be ebayed or carbooted...but the other stuff !!??!I need to get it on freecycle or charity shop it.....
I just keep thinking I'll get around to it one day, but one day never seems to arrive..

So, I think I need to do basic cleaning generally and then declutter specific rooms everyday. Some rooms will probably take longer than a day....

I'm going to have a cuppa and then I think I need to make a start ....isn't there a decluttering thread around somewhere??? Perhaps I should it...

back again - crossed some more bits of my list, and feeling a bit happier now i am back at home. It is easier to get on when in the house. Interesting midwife appointment. Chief community midwife this time, so i was finally took seriously by someone about the group b strep, and finally got taken seriously about my weight loss. (Apparently i should have put on more than 4-5 pounds at 8 months pregnant. Well - ta-dah, i have been saying this months). She noticed some numpty had written something daft on my notes, so she put a big yellow Group B strep sticker on my notes saying i must be given antibiotics. I have to hope now that labour is long enough for me to be given the IV antibiotics, but not longer than 24 hours as that is risky to the baby. Will see what my test results come back as before any stress comes my way.

I took the weight loss as cue to eat 2 kit kat chunkies, and a banana milkshake. ;)

chunky meant to say earlier, glad to hear Ds's op went well - sounds like he will be home in no time.

frankie don't go and find the other thread - just go for a wander around your house now with a bin bag and walk into every room and pick one item to just bin. (Only said cos i am on one at the minute, and i have throw out 70 items in last couple of days)

Right, off to do a bit more before a 1pm lunch i think. Today is going quickly.

    Michelle, x

    congrats moo2moo :T

Thanks everyone for the messages.. do appreciate them. Just feeling very down at the moment. We just seem to be having no luck (as usual) at the moment.

Only good news ive had is that ive just logged onto the "justgiving" charity site for the OHs cousins little girl who has a rare terminal disease and they have managed to hit their £5k target. :) They have been told she wont survive much longer and wanted to get her to disneyland one last time for her 6th birthday but needed to take 2 carers etc. But now they have the cash to do it and make her really happy :)

Going to try do some flying today.. housework might work baba out... Wont be doing too much though as have one last antenatal class tonight to go to.. OHs boss being a*se though and hasnt given him the time off so i have to go alone :(

Have sent another email to regional centre at OU saying tutor had not replied so what do i do now as deadline had gone?! Quite willing to do the TMA and submit it late... but when my tutor doesnt respond what am i meant to do?!! (he didnt get back to me when i asked for copies of notes from the tutorials i couldnt attend either  ) IRONICALLY i recieved a postcard from the OU this morning telling me they are going to be (and wanting us to) use email and the OU website more now to correspond ... might want to remind its tutors of that

Oh well.... off i go to potter around... *waddles off*

    I have been busy, honest!

    yesterday I...

Dishes, surfaces, dirty marks in the kitchen
Dusted, polished, cleaned glass stuff, and tidied living room
    Hoovered downstairs
Hoovered, cleaned inside and washed DH's car to keep kids busy while his mate was here.
Went to halfords for a bike pump and a brake light
Got a KFC for dinner (DH's idea, love him)
Had nice family time with kids before shoving them to bed when DH fell asleep on sofa then I spent the rest of the night on the phone.

    today so far...

Spent 30mins in my bedroom sorting out laundry.
    made lunch
    got dressed
    put a washing on
