nero 6 problems

To get to Explorer on XP:-
Click the start menu and go to Programs
Click Accessories and it should be in the list there.more dollar$ than sense0 -
You need to run the Nero Clean utilities located at
http://www.nero.com/en/Clean_Tools.html
Nero has safeguards against pirating and it may assume that you are not using a legitimate serial number.
Run all the cleaning utilities / reboot and then clean install from a legitimate copy of NERO . I am fairly certain this will fox your issueBe Kind0 -

I have had a look and the file is not there cheers for the instructions!
I have had another email from nero techical he asked me to download dependency walker, load nero startsmart.exe in it and send him the resulting file this I have done. Will let you know if I get any results.
