First Time Buyer. Help please!

Options
Hi,

I hope you all can help as from the post's I have read you all seem very knowledgeable.

I am purchasing a 1 bedroom shared ownership flat and am due to complete in July.

I am just attempting to work out a rough Budget but having never paid utilities myself I haven't really a clue how much I'm looking at and the sites from different providers are quite confusing!

Its a 1 bedroom flat (new build) I believe it is on a water meter, It's just going to be me living there. I'm not a heavy water user and have showers as appose to baths.

Can anyone give me a very rough idea of cost?

Thanks

Kay

Morning Kay....could be Thames, Southern or Three Valleys.

These people handle complaints mainly but are good for help and information. They have an e mail address and probably an 0800 number on.... 'saynoto870'

    :rotfl:

Hehe - Think that should be 60 cubic metres (60,000 litres)

    :D
 I have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.
