Hav,nt heard anything from Abbey isa.

My daughter has applied on line with abbey for their direct isa 3weeks ago.She has an application number, and is transferring £5,700 from Kent and Reliance.Initially abbey said she would have forms in 3 days, now email in 7 days but she has heard nothing. She doesn,t mind if isa is going ahead, but as she isn,t hearing anything she bit worried. She unsure whether or not to keep waiting or go for another isa provider. She is only 17 so does,nt want to be chasing Abbey all time.Thank you for any advice.

Does she have a reference number? If so she should call them up or go into the branch to get an update. At this time of year most ISA providers are very busy and have delays but they should be able to tell her if the application has been accepted (or not).
