Are new ISA offers for 08/09 advertised soon?

Please excuse this question from a Saving Newbie - we've never really taken much notice of ISA offers, worrying more about paying off debts rather than saving money - but woohoo! we're finally solvent!
I know there are some good ISA deals currently out there, thanks to everybody who posts latest deals on this forum :T
However, should I expect to see a flurry of advertisements for new ISA offers once the financial year 08/09 starts? Or are the rates currently available going to be the prevailing rates for the next few months?
