Cheque not been cashed for 07/08 ISA (barclays) should i be worried?

Anyone had a Barclays ISA cheque cashed? Just trying to get an idea of the turn around at this time .I get no interest on my current account so I'm trying to leave the 3K in my saving account as long as possible. Don't want to get a cheque bounced but I'm sure last year they took until May to cash my cheque and then backdated my interest to the application day which was a result.0
