I've got reasonably specific criteria for a cash ISA for 2008/09
1) Monthly interest
2) Can transfer in previous funds
Barclay's certainly pays more, but can't transfer in. So far the best I've seen is First Direct's mini cash e-ISA, which offers 6% fixed until March 2009.
All better suggestions gratefully received

Alliance and Leicester have one at 6.25% that accepts transfers in. I don't think it's monthly interest though, so your find might already be one of the best...
Have you looked at Icesave's? It's 6.1%, and most of their accounts seem to have the option of annual or monthly income.I am a Chartered Financial Planner
