Please can anyone advise on what we should do next?
My friend is on Vodafone and was coming to the end of their contract so I suggested going through Quidco to make £90 cashback. They wanted to ring them and see what offers could be got over the phone but I explained that then they wouldn't get cashback. Vodafone are rubbish for offers on their website and actually CWH had some good offers but weren't offering as good cashback. As my friend was already with Vodafone and logged in after clicking thru from Quidco, it came up as 'upgrade' and they have Quidco have now declined the cashback. OK we got it wrong:mad:
This was only about a week ago and now my friend is having intermittent problems with the upgraded mobile and I wondered if there was a period within which she could cancel the upgrade/contract and then reapply as a 'new' customer through Quidco? Or even look around for a better deal. I just feel that I caused my friend to miss out on being able to barter for a new better deal for nothing.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks guys!
