How on earth do you move a fishpond?

Leaving aside the obvious question of why you would, anyway!
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

thanks for all your comments and sorry for replying late as I was away to enjoy my long weekend.

The money claimed included all the costs etc.

I have not called him back that I have received the cheque but I have deposited the cheque yesterday into my Natwest bank and it shows as money available maybe because the the cheque was also a natwest one, any way should be cleared by tomorrow if any probs the bank will let me know.

the cheque was sent with letter saying that he want to settle the matter ouside court and accept this cheque etc etc..

the seller is actually a builder who buy properties, repair it and sell it. so I guess he needed the doors for other house so he can show them to interested buyers and then again take the doors from there to another house and so on:rotfl:
but I hope this time he has learned lesson.

the doors were not expensive doors but normal doors and I did not give much to the doors as I was looking at the property as you know mostly houses as sold as is. the main thing I was interested in of any crack etc which I had survey and was OK.

I don't think that this is an open and shut case.
