It is usually made clear in the quotation who is responsible for the moving of the radiator, many plasterers will not do this unless they are competent at minor plumbing jobs and are in fear of litigation

Too true, I wont take rads off either, not because I cant, but cause it can cause comebacks, as this did happen once to my cost.

cracks do happen, its not common but it happens.

The bead SHOULD be showing, it what their for!

Re-taking wires....hmm well I generally cant be rrrsed doing that neither.

Best thing to do is give it a coat of paint if the room looks like how you want it to look then its ok.

If not then get them back to sort it out

I think unfortunately you have suffered from some inexperience on your part, & poor communication on your plasteres part.

i.e. before starting, the plasterer should have told you that you would have to remove the radiator, also he should have told you about how he would leave the wiring. The plasterer probably assumed you would know this.

At quotation stage, if I'm ever not sure about anything, I make sure to ask.

Hairline cracks & metal bead showing at corners are normal.

Finally, as above £630 - ouch, thats way too much (based on Edinburgh prices), but it looks flat & without trowel marks, so you should be happy with that.
