I ordered mine from China. It came really quickly and was well made, but I needed to make a small adjustment, so sent it back and it was done free of charge and again quickly.

Likewise, a friend ordered a couple of prom dresses for her daughter and again it was beautiful and perfect fit.

I ordered mine from JJsHouse. I am really impressed with it and it cost roughly £150 all in with shipping and tax.

I've taken the plunge and, at last, ordered my bridesmaids dresses from rose-love99 :D.
I hope my recommendation on here hasn't caused a flood of extra orders and now mine will be late, and rushed! :D

They have also said that they can adapt the dress I've chosen for my adult bridesmaids to suit, and fit, my 11 year old one which is great as I really thought she was too old for a flowergirl type dress and it was proving very difficult to find anything at all in her size anyway.

I'll let you know how well that turns out - if they do it ok, it's a really useful service. I found that even for non-budget brides it was really difficult to get properly matching junior bridesmaids dresses.

I've ordered this one, custom size and colour (Colour 86 - a warm, mid-toned, earthy green) I'll be taking the blingy bit off the waist and adding two large round copper filigrees to each dress where the straps meet the bodice. Hopefully this will make them look a little more unique.

The final cost came out at £49 per dress plus postage - just waiting with trepidation on the customs/VAT charges :( - what was your experience with that runawaybride ?

I'll try to post pics when they arrive.....

hi evil olive i didnt have to pay any customs as my order was less than the customs starting point i cant remember exactly what that was but i know it was more than £100. there is a calculator somewhere that i used to work it out i think i got it from on here but you could google it. so far i havent paid any VAT but i dont know if they send an invoice for that later so it could still come. i ordered a petticoat from a different ebay seller (still china) to go underneath as i thought the dress needed it and it has come really quickly and is good quality aswell so im very happy with my chinese purchases and im definately going to use them again if i need occasion wear.
https://www.dutycalculator.com/ this is the one i used hope link works.

Thanks runaway bride - I might ask if they can send each dress separately - if they all go in the same parcel I will definitely take a hit on the VAT :(

Hi Ladies, I'm very new to this forum, but after reading all your comments I'm wondering if u could help with two things?
    1) Bridesmaids dresses....Evil Olive posted some photos and they are the exact dresses I'm looking for, but I can't find that seller on ebay!
    2) I've tried a wedding dress on in a shop and fell in love with it, the woman in the shop told me she orders from china, so I've been googling for months, I've found the maker but can't contact them as they only do wholesale through alibaba, then I've found two other sellers/makers but their reviews are pretty bad!
Does anyone know a shortcut to finding other suppliers, or am I just gonna have to go through all dress makers lol
    Many thanks xx

hiya mummy02 you need to search for 'seller' on ebay i think its under advanced search and put in rose-love99 iv been very happy with my purchase from the same seller.
as far as the wedding dress goes im not sure maybe post a thread on here asking for recommendations or with a picture of the dress and people may be able to help.
