Well I have decided that it is time I get a contract phone, PAYG is no longer value for money for me. But I don't know anything about contracts so any advice you have would be great.

I'm verging towards Orange and I know they have a bit of a bad reputation but they seem to offer me the best deal. I'm not wanting to take out extra insurance or anything (I've always had good luck with phones) but if the phone breaks it can be repaired, right? I don't want to be stuck paying for a phone I can't use.
