Me and my partner have split up halfway through a 12 month contract with BT for Option 3 Broadband (£24.99 a month) obviously we will have to finish the contract but can we downgrade to option 1? Many thanks

Most ISPs will not allow a downgrade within the first 12 months if you signed to a specified package deal right at the begining. The only way to know for sure would be to call them and find out, just state a change in your finances etc, one thing though, who is named on the bill?0

There is a downgrade charge of £40, plus if you have a home hub supplied free there may be a further £45.
Or the costs could be the other way around. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20
